Video Outstation

Oriel Systems has developed an intelligent video unit that is capable of transmitting up to 8 live feeds (optionally with audio) simultaneously from your remote site over long distances using the internet. You are then able to monitor and control the cameras remotely using Oriel Systems Awax telemetry software, while also monitoring and controlling other onsite functions.

The video streaming unit is able to transmit video at various resolutions, from systems that have low network bandwidth, to high bandwidth applications able to transmit television quality video. Typical applications require just 56k connections, with broadband connections becoming more accessible connections consisting of 256k make the video outstation a viable and cost effective way to monitor your sites.
